So why should you be interested in what we have to say?
We run a successful, profitable business that happens to be a Contact Centre.
We have lots of experience and knowledge about running a growing business – we also support hundreds of other companies just like us.
We listen a lot. Not just to what we are saying to each other but what our customers and their customers are talking about.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously so you wont be hit by jargon and blogging about matters of life and death.
We don’t claim to be gurus but you may learn something new. More importantly we hope that you can teach us some of your tricks!
