We can answer calls for you whatever times you like however most clients choose from one of the three options below:

Consumer Hours. M–F 8am to 10pm, 9am to 5pm S&S

This time plan is designed for the organisation supplying goods and services to the general public. It is many years since successful retail businesses in the UK shut at 5.30pm on a weekday, begrudgingly opened on a Saturday morning and risked criminal convictions if they opened on a Sunday. Today successful retailers are open evenings and weekends for the convenience of their customers and in order to maximise their own profits. Our "Consumer Hours" covers 86 hours a week Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm and 9am to 5pm on the weekends.

Business Hours, M–F 8am to 6pm

If your clients are businesses working business hours then this level of coverage is probably the correct choice. Voicemail is available for calls outside of business hours.

Our "Business Hours" package covers 50 hours a week Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. We feel the longer business day is ideal for hard working professionals who often get in early and work late.
