Company Background

Office Response Ltd is owner managed by working Directors, Iain McGregor and Martin Blain.
Iain and Martin have been working together since 1993 and formed Office Response Ltd in 1999. As entrepreneurial businessmen they recognised a gap in the market between small PA based message taking services and large outsourced call centre services. Starting with 2 employees, they quickly developed a strong customer base providing a service based on quality and cost effectiveness. Iain and Martin are passionate about the business and still retain a strong ‘hands-on’ presence.
Since formation the business has flourished as a result of helping our clients to achieve their organisation’s goals leading to the retention of a satisfied client base.
We now employ 150 full time and part time staff in our UK office which operates 24 hours a day. Unlike some, we do not outsource.
