Telesales / Telemarketing Executive

Basic £14k-£18k pa depending on experience. OTE £22k pa

This is an opportunity to develop a business-to-business sales career working within a small team of highly skilled sales people selling our Telephone Answering Services. The training you will receive will form a foundation stone for your future career and you will be well paid for the business you create. As your experience and expertise develop opportunities could be made available to move into a more senior sales position within our expanding company. Our top performers earn in excess of £45k a year.

The role is to research and target specific organisations. You will make the initial telephone approaches as well as recording information to be used for future mailing activity. The ultimate goal is to generate qualified prospects for the sales team to turn into satisfied customers.

Business Development Executive

Basic £20k-£30k pa depending on experience. OTE £45k

This challenging position involves taking a prospective client from the first contact through to going live as a customer. You will need the experience and poise to gain respect from senior business people as you properly identify their needs and business goals before putting forward your call handling solution. You need to be a competitive sales type and yet you must possess the team working skills to ensure your clients enjoy a smooth transition from prospect to customer.  This is a financially rewarding and interesting position that will stretch you mentally and develop your business development skills.

Apprentices

Looking to begin a career in Customer Services? Office Response is an award winning 24/7 Contact Centre offering a telephone response answering service, situated near the city centre of Bristol.  The Academy offers fantastic support & work experience opportunities to their apprentices; which was recognised when Francesca was awarded Apprentice of the Year 2011.

As an Apprentice at Office Response, you will:

  • earn as you learn in a Contact Centre environment
  • be an integral part of our Academy Team
  • respond to customers queries such as Answering Services, Brochure Requests, Product ordering and Media Response
  • have the opportunity to work extra hours in our Contact Centre.

You will get:

  • a level 2 NVQ qualification in Commerce, Innovation, & Skills Faculty
  • key skills in Maths and English
  • one day a week at the City of Bristol College
  • additional in-house training
  • on graduation from the academy the opportunity to progress to our Contact Centre

Customer Services Advisors – Part Time

Start date: Monday 14th May 2012

Shift hours – Monday – Friday & Sat/Sunday– 7.00am – 3.00pm / 2.00pm – 10pm
