Iain McGregor, Managing Director
Iain, an entrepreneur at heart, has gained extensive administrative and operational experience from running business ventures in the Commercial Finance and Trade Association sectors. Iain is very “hands on” at Office Response and, as well as his full role as MD, he has worked closely with a number of our key staff over the years to broaden their skills and develop their abilities and potential. Outside of the office Iain has a keen interest in sport and socialising. He struggles to find time to pursue all of his interests but can still be relied upon to fit in a couple of trips across Europe as “The Reds” (www.manutd.com) chase another Champions League crown.

Martin Blain, Sales & Marketing Director
Martin’s business background has always been in entrepreneurial small business. He was one of the first people to import domestic smoke alarms into the UK and has also run another business services company. Outside of work he’s a father of three, a passionate cyclist (www.ctc.org.uk), coach of the village junior football club (www.holcombefc.org) and is a loyal follower of the mighty Yeovil Town (www.ciderspace.co.uk).

Senior Management Team
Nancy Parker – Head of Contact Centre
A contact centre professional with over 20 years experience in Inbound Customer Service, Outbound Business to Business and Back Office Facilities; Nancy is the new addition to the management team, with vast experience working within highly regulated industries such as financial, government and utilities, Nancy is fully aware that forecasting, planning and delivering an excellent customer experience is crucial for the success of any campaign.
As well as being 100% committed to the success of Office Response. Nancy outside of work is chairman of the PTA for her daughter’s school and when not organizing school events is an avid book worm.
Felicity Clack – Customer Services Manager
Felicity started working with Office Response part time in 2004 while studying for her degree at the University of the West of England. After graduating with first class honours in 2006, she started working with our Customer Services team and in 2009 took on the role as Customer Services Manager. Felicity’s progression through the company means she has first hand experience of almost every area of the business and has meant she has become an expert in all things Office Response!
Outside of work Felicity is currently training for a 100km trek across the Sahara Desert which will take place in October and is in aid of the charity Sue Ryder Care.
Jo Davis – Finance Manager
Jo has worked for the Directors of Office Response for the past 15 years, originally in Bath as Office Manager for their previous business and later in Bristol. Following retraining with the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Jo joined the finance team here in 2007. One of Jo’s strengths is her all round computer skills, gained from 5 years of teaching various Microsoft Office applications at her local college, which have contributed towards the continued development and smooth running of our highly efficient accounts department. A mum to 4 children, Jo has a hectic life outside of work – as well as her parental duties Jo also runs the administration side of her husband’s electrical business, takes part in various charity sporting events throughout the year and recently was elected as a Parish Councillor in her home town of Bath.
Our senior management team have a combined 100 years commercial experience in their relative fields. Working closely with the Directors they react quickly to the demands of the business and the needs of customers.
