Office Response is a privately owned business led by Directors Iain, Ian & Nancy who have been briefly profiled below.
Iain McGregor, CEO
Iain, an entrepreneur at heart, has gained extensive administrative and operational experience from running business ventures in the Commercial Finance and Trade Association sectors. Iain is very “hands on” at Office Response and continues to work closely with a number of our key Clients and Prospects to ensure that they gain maximum value from our services. Outside of the office Iain has a keen interest in sport and socialising. He struggles to find time to pursue all of his interests but can still be relied upon to fit in a couple of trips across Europe as “The Reds” (www.manutd.com) chase another Champions League crown.
Ian Armstrong, Managing Director
Ian is an entrepreneurial individual who has held leadership roles in a variety of customer facing businesses including Merrill Lynch and Kensington. He strongly believes that exemplary customer service is a key business differentiator and has empowered his management team to do whatever it takes to position Office Response as the best in its sector.
Ian’s formative years were spent in Direct Marketing (back in the days when they used envelopes!) so he really “gets” data. To satisfy his insatiable curiosity, to help drive continuous improvement within the business and to stop him spending all his time at a computer he recently created “ORBIT”, the Office Response Business Intelligence Team. A further significant benefit of ORBIT being that each Client can now leverage additional insights to drive performance gains throughout their organisation.
When not in the office Ian likes to spend time as much time as possible with his wife and 2 children
Nancy Parker - Director of Operations
A contact centre professional with over 20 years experience in Inbound Customer Service, Outbound Business to Business and Back Office Facilities; Nancy is the new addition to the management team, with vast experience working within highly regulated industries such as financial, government and utilities, Nancy is fully aware that forecasting, planning and delivering an excellent customer experience is crucial for the success of any campaign.
As well as being 100% committed to the success of Office Response. Nancy outside of work is chairman of the PTA for her daughter’s school and when not organizing school events is an avid book worm.
