Office Response Ltd started trading from it’s Bristol Head Office in September 1999. Office Response is owned and privately financed by its Directors, Iain McGregor and Martin Blain. Iain and Martin have a number of other business interests and have been working together since 1993.
Since formation the business has flourished as a result of the development and retention of a satisfied client base. Clients include Small Businesses, Charities, Governmental Organisations and certain "household name" Blue Chip Corporations.
Our customers are mainly based in the United Kingdom with a smaller number of clients located throughout the world. We operate from offices in central Bristol close to the M32 Motorway and the Temple Meads Railway Station. All calls are answered in our UK office, we do not outsource.
We employ around 150 full and part time staff. Our staff members are divided into teams specialising in working for the particular needs of our clients. Our projected turnover for 2008 is £3.6 million.
