Working alongside this client, Office Response has been able to design and implement a system where this 24/7 service can be made possible. The system sees call and email response running in parallel – using theirs and their customers’ CRM systems remotely to log, assign, dispatch and acknowledge new requests on a 24/7 basis. The detailed, bespoke and time dependent scripting application ensures a high level of consistency and full accountability on all calls
Since working together, further opportunities for outsourcing have been highlighted and are currently in development.
