Office Response Ltd is owner managed by working Directors, Mr Iain McGregor and Mr Martin Blain.
Iain and Martin have been working together since 1993 and formed Office Response Ltd in 1999. As entrepreneurial businessmen they recognised a gap in the market between small PA based message taking services and large outsourced call centre services. Starting with 2 employees, they quickly developed a strong customer base providing a service based on quality and cost effectiveness. Iain and Martin are passionate about the business and still retain a strong ‘hands-on’ presence.
We have a range of customers ranging from SME's and small businesses, local authorities and housing associations, charities and trusts through to Blue-Chip companies and global brands. Since formation the business has flourished as a result of helping our clients to achieve their organisation's goals leading to the retention of a satisfied client base.
We operate from offices in central Bristol close to the M32 Motorway and Temple Meads Railway Station. All calls are answered in our UK office 24 hours a day, we do not outsource.
We employ around 150 full and part time staff who are divided into teams specialising in working for the particular needs of our clients. Our projected turnover for 2010 is £3 million.
