Business Hours
Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm
If your callers are businesses working normal business hours then this level of coverage is probably the right choice. Our "Business Hours" package covers telephone answering 50 hours a week Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. We feel the slightly longer business day is ideal for professionals who may work earlier or later in the day.
Consumer Hours
Monday – Friday 8am to 10pm, 9am to 5pm Saturday & Sunday
This time plan is designed for businesses supplying products and services to the general public. It has been many years since successful retail businesses in the UK shut at 5.30pm on a weekday, begrudgingly opened on a Saturday morning and risked criminal convictions if they opened on a Sunday. Today successful retailers are open evenings and weekends for the convenience of their customers and in order to maximise their own profits. Our "Consumer Hours" covers 86 hours a week Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm and 9am to 5pm on the weekends.
24 Hour service
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
